This lady was married to Andrew Jackson Wright his second marriage. This woman became thestepmother to his 7 children. Andrew married Lillie in 1888. He died in 1901.

They had 7 children. The seventh child was Robert Lee Wright (Pop) was my grandfather.
Norman DeBruhl my mother Janie Myra Wright DeBruhl was named after Lillie.
Andrew Jackson Wright was born in Murfreesboro Tennessee 1844 He died in Buncombe
County NC 1901. He joined the Confederate Army in 1862 and served until wars end
1865. He served in the 20th Tennessee Infantry Regiment. They wore a distinctive broad brim
slouch hat with a distinctive 20th stick pin that they used to pin one side or front of the broad
brim up. This regiment fought in practically every major engagement in Tennessee, Georgia,
and the Carolina's campaign. The Regiment was surrendered in Durham, NC and the Regiment
was paroled. Andrew traveled to Asheville area and settled there. He married Catherine Cunningham
Andrew Jackson Wright was my great grandfather.

He is buried at Alexander Chapel Aiken Road, Buncombe County, NC.
Catherine Cunningham is buried at the old Newton Academy cemetery on Biltmore Avenue
Asheville, NC. Both Lillie and Andrew Jackson Wright are buried at Alexander Chapel.
The Wright families donated a stained glass window, and the large Altar Bible.
